Texas Grand Ranch is a special community, and I care deeply about protecting what makes it special. I am running for the Board to help preserve what we value and prepare our Association for the future through clear procedures, open communication, careful financial oversight, and decisions owners can understand and trust.

If elected, I will work for consistent rules, careful stewardship of Association funds, meaningful answers to owner questions, and the same accountability expected of every property owner. My goal is to help the Association serve every owner fairly and leave the organization stronger for those who serve after us.

Rules should be applied consistently, Association funds should be managed carefully, and owners should be able to ask questions and receive meaningful answers. Board members should hold themselves to the same standards they expect owners to follow. My goal is to help the Association serve every property owner fairly, preserve what we value about TGR, and leave the organization stronger for the people who will serve after us.
